Chili Shack was founded by Abraham Olivas, from a young child his dream of owning a family-oriented restaurant was Abraham’s dream. Abraham since a young child always loved to be in the kitchen with his mom and dad. His father Ramon Olivas was a previous chef for twenty years. Growing up this ignited Abraham's joy for learning new authentic Mexican recipes, throughout his entire life. From his friends to distant relatives, they all found happiness in the authentic Mexican dishes provided by Abraham.
